1500 Ceramic Blended Fiber Module

1500 ceramic blended fiber module is a newly developed high-temperature insulation product. It is made from high-purity aluminum silicate fibers and polycrystalline mullite fibers through a blending process to create a 1500 blended fiber blanket. Then, it is pre pressed or sewn using equipment to create a 1500 ceramic blended fiber module, which has embedded anchors inside

 

The 1500 ceramic blended fiber module is specially designed to meet the insulation requirements of high-temperature industrial kilns such as steel heat treatment furnaces and ceramic kilns. It has the advantages of low shrinkage rate at high temperatures, good insulation performance, low thermal conductivity, and long service life. Long term continuous use with a maximum temperature of 1320 ℃

 

In the past, 1500 chromium containing ceramic fiber blanket and module had large heating shrinkage and poor high-temperature volume stability during use. At the same time, Cr2O3 in the fibers is prone to volatilization at high temperatures, producing carcinogenic CrO3, a hexavalent chromium compound that causes environmental pollution and endangers human health.

 

1600 polycrystalline mullite fiber blanket is expensive, so the 1500 ceramic blended fiber module solves the problem of insufficient temperature resistance of zirconium fiber modules under high temperatures, high shrinkage rate of chromium fiber modules under high temperatures, and the impact on human health. The 1600 polycrystalline fiber module is expensive.
