ISOTAP-(Ceramic Fiber Insulating Castable)

ISOTAP It is an amorphous heat insulation material mixed with refractory heat insulation ceramic fiber and refractory aggregate. Compared with conventional castable and plastics refractory, it has the characteristics of light weight, good thermal insulation performance, high adhesion, etc., and can be used as a lining in various industrial furnaces where high temperature thermal insulation cotton is difficult to construct.

Uses: lining heat insulation of complex joint parts of various industrial furnace walls, backing heat insulation of heating furnace water cooling pipes, caulking of various industrial furnace wall heat insulation materials. series are ceramic fiber based monolithic refractories. ISOTAP series is available on tapping. Their bulk density after drying ranges around 500 ~ 1000 kg/m³.
