The lithium battery insulation sheet uses thin Nano microporous insulation board as the core material. While retaining the super insulation performance of the nano board, the strength and toughness of the nano board are enhanced by PET or vacuum aluminum-plastic film encapsulation, with a thickness of up to 1mm. The excellent flame retardant and insulation properties of the battery insulation sheet help prevent battery self ignition caused by thermal runaway of the battery cell, ensuring sufficient safe escape time in extreme situations.
